If you are a new client the intake packet is located here for your convenience. It is lengthy and you may want to fill it out before you come to your first session. If you are a current client and are requesting me to release information to another source, please fill out the Release of Information form and bring it to your next appointment.

You will find a peaceful, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere where discussing difficult issues will feel safe and easy. It is my personal belief and responsibility to provide each person with compassion and non-judgemental therapy. You are not alone in this journey. You are not meant to handle your challenges alone. So do not allow yourself to go on any longer this way. And last but not least, expect to not only see me as a therapist, but as a friend.
